Nice place. Neat to watch the food to be cooked. Amazing chicken fried steak, super tender. The bacon cheese burger was great as well with natural fries. Burger was hot and juicy. I enjoyed the self serve topping bar. The first step in bakery will have anyone drooling before walking to the counter to order. Amazing place a hidden gem indeed.

The CFS is the only one that I will drive 45 min to get. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. And the portions are HUGE making it a great value. I can get 2 meals out of 1 portion.

The butcher shop is a longview staple restaurant. They have all kinds of food on their menu and there burgers, hotdogs and other items are all made to order and fresh. I mainly go for the desserts. I have ordered birthday cakes that were extremely delicious and fresh. There are cookies and all desserts are so good. There is a huge variety of desserts. As soon as you walk in the door you will see cases of desserts. This place is consistently good and definitely must try destination.

The food is very good. The staff a little dry. It was a Sunday. Maybe they would have rather been off. Understandable. Had a Cheeseburger and fries.

Burgers, fries and potato skins are made to order, hot and delicious. The seasoning on the fries reminded me of WingStop but much better and high quality fries. The desserts were a little pricey, but well done, and hits the sweet spot just right. The service is where they really shine, thank you for a good dinner.

Great food and a lot of it for the money! The chicken fried steak and sides were delicious, but way too much for me. I had to get a takeout box. The prices aren't bad, usually 10-20 per person, but they do have burgers and stuff for less. Very friendly staff and plenty of seating. The desserts are various and tasty.

Excellent place to eat. I got the regular cheeseburger. Once you get your burger you can head over to the burger bar and dress it how you like. They have all the fixing plus some. I did not get to try their baked goods but they look really good and I hear they are good. The burger buns are fresh baked there and you can buy them for your own cookout along with meet too. Check em out I don’t think you will be disappointed

I was taken for dinner by my son and daughter in law for Mother's Day. I got a bacon cheeseburger and tasted both the french fries and onion rings. It was all delicious. The veggies for the burgers are fresh and self serve. They also have beans and chili that are also included on veggie bar. Although we only got cookies I kinda got the feeling by the long line at the dessert counter that that was the real draw for many customers
